License Renewal
For COMPANY RENEWAL in the UAE, all companies operating in the Free Zone must hold a valid license at all times. The license renewal notifications are sent to businesses along with guidelines on the required process to avoid any inconvenience from interruption of services.
The License Renewal Requirements for Branch of a mainland / Foreign company
- Certificate of Continuity of Existence or Good Standing or Current Trade License in case of Branch of Onshore UAE Company (excluding other UAE Free Zones)- Original or Notarized Copy
- No Objection Certificate from the concerned Authority (if applicable)
- Copy of the valid Lease Agreement under the Branch Company name
